Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork neck steaks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine or sherry
- 1 tbsp hoisin paste
- 1 tsp Chinese spice
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Brush the neck steaks with the marinade and let them marinate in an airtight container for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Grill on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness and taste. This goes best with an Asian noodle salad and a mango curry sauce as a steak sauce.
