Asian Meatballs with Sweet Chili Sauce

- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Chilli red fresh
- 6 g Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Dried coriander
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1 l Sunflower oil
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Peel and roughly chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Wash, clean, core and roughly chop the chilli. Puree everything with the oyster sauce and the coriander with the hand blender.
- Mix the onion mixture and the lime juice with the mince. Knead in the breadcrumbs. Form 20-24 small balls out of the mince.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a wok pan on the stove. Put the meatballs in and cook in the hot oil for about 10 minutes. Lift out with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Serve with a sweet chili sauce.
