Asian Meatballs with Sweet Chili Sauce

The perfect asian meatballs with sweet chili sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Chilli red fresh
  • 6 g Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Dried coriander
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1 l Sunflower oil
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  1. Peel and roughly chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Wash, clean, core and roughly chop the chilli. Puree everything with the oyster sauce and the coriander with the hand blender.
  2. Mix the onion mixture and the lime juice with the mince. Knead in the breadcrumbs. Form 20-24 small balls out of the mince.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok pan on the stove. Put the meatballs in and cook in the hot oil for about 10 minutes. Lift out with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Serve with a sweet chili sauce.
