Meatballs with Honey and Chili Sauce

- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Egg size M
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 600 g Green beans
- 2 Onion
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Liquid honey
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 150 ml Vegetable or meat broth
- Knead the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika powder and mustard with a finely chopped onion and parsley to a meat dough. Cover and let rest for about 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan, form 8 meatballs out of the meat dough and fry in the hot fat for about 10 minutes, turning.
- Clean the beans and cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes. Finely dice 1 onion and sauté in hot butter. Remove the meatballs and keep warm.
- Cut the chilli in half, clean and finely chop. Stir honey into the frying oil and deglaze with vegetable or meat stock. Add the chilli pepper and let it boil down briefly, season with salt.
- Drain the beans, mix with the creme fraiche and onion, season with salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with honey sauce and beans.
- Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
