Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 1 leek(s), sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese spice
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp rice wine or sherry
- 50 ml broth
- salt and pepper
- Margarine, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a little margarine until crumbly. Add the onions, garlic, and leeks and fry for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer the sauce gently for about 20 minutes with the lid on, then season to taste. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
