Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
- some Nutella
- some cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
goes super fast, without much effort
First, roll out the puff pastry. Then divide the dough into two equal pieces. Using a glass, mark out circles on one half of the dough by pressing the glass lightly to reveal circles. Pile a teaspoon of Nutella and a teaspoon of cream cheese onto each other in the center of these circles. Then place the other sheet of dough exactly on top of the one with the piles. Now, use the glass to cut out the “piles.” The pressure seals the sides, preventing leakage during baking. After cutting out the round puff pastry parcels, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Baking time: 15–20 minutes, depending on the desired browning, at 200°C (top and bottom heat).
