Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 plate of Mie noodles
  • 1 handful of vegetables (Asian vegetables), frozen
  • 2 pinches ginger paste
  • 2 pinches curry paste
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 dashes chili sauce
  • e.g. water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

simple, fast and individual

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour over hot water. Then let it simmer for about 5 minutes, until the noodles are cooked through. Tips: The broth is intended only as a base and can be adjusted to your liking. I personally like to add a few chopped leeks and a slice of bacon or bacon cubes to the soup. The mixtures are great to prepare ahead of time and then store in the refrigerator or freezer. When ready to use, simply mix the vegetable mixture, the oil and seasoning mix, and the noodles.
