Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • ½ liter orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 tea bags of your choice (fruit tea, Mediterranean peach, orange, Spanish strawberry, Spanish orange, wild fruit
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 4 carnations
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Bring the water to a boil in a pot and let the tea bags steep for about 8 minutes. Squeeze the orange juice. Remove the tea bags, then add the orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and honey. Bring everything to a boil briefly, then remove the spices. Enjoy hot or lukewarm.
