Asian Noodles with Beef

The perfect asian noodles with beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Hip steak
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup Manis
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Mie noodles
  • 100 g 1 Möhre
  • 100 g 3 Blätter Chinakohl
  • 100 g ½ rote Paprika
  • 100 g 2 Zwiebeln
  • 1 rote Chilischote
  • 10 g 1 Stück Ingwer
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 100 ml Beef broth (½ teaspoon instant broth) + meat marinade
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup Manis
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 Teaspoon / alternatively teaspoon instant chicken broth Glutamate
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Cut coriander
  • 2 Basilikumspitzen zum Garnieren
  1. Cut the hip steak (frozen here!) First into slices and then into fine strips. Marinate the steak strips with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), dark soy sauce (1 tbsp) and light soy sauce (1 tbsp) for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare all the other ingredients. Beat the eggs (2 pieces), whisk them roughly, bake a pancake in a pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp), leave to cool and cut into small pieces. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the package in hot white pasta until they are firm to the bite, drain through a kitchen sieve, return to the hot pot and drizzle with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) / toss to prevent them from sticking together. Peel the carrot with the peeler, cut into 3 parts and cut them first into slices and then into fine carrot sticks. Halve the Chinese cabbage leaves lengthways and cut into fine strips. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into fine strips. Peel and halve the onions, first cut them into slices and then assemble them in strips. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove and ginger. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a wok, add the steak strips, drained, and fry vigorously / stir-fry. Now add the vegetables one after the other (chi-lis pod cubes + ginger cubes + garlic cloves cubes + onion strips, carrot sticks, paprika strips and Chinese cabbage strips) and stir-fry them. Deglaze / pour on the beef stock (100 ml) and the remaining marinade. With sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), glutamate (1 teaspoon / alternatively 1 teaspoon instant chicken broth), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill ( 2 big pinches). Add / fold in the cut coriander (2 tbsp). Add / fold in the prepared Mie noodles and pieces of eggs, heat everything, distribute on 2 plates, garnish with basil and serve.
