Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Udon noodles
  • 200 g Beef
  • 2 Pak choi
  • 5 g Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 Fresh garlic
  • 100 g Bean sprouts fresh
  • 8 ml Soy sauce
  • 8 ml Ketjap Manis
  • 8 ml Oyster sauce

Instructions

  • Soak shiitake mushrooms in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, then wash thoroughly and cut into thin slices.
  • Bring to the boil in a saucepan with water, add the udon noodles and briefly blanch.
  • Cut the beef into wafer-thin slices, marinate with 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and pepper.
  • Wash the pak choi thoroughly, separate the individual leaves and cut in half. Wash bean sprouts. Peel and chop the garlic.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and fry the pak chois with the mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Put everything in a bowl, add the udon noodles and bean sprouts.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in the same pan, add the marinated meat and fry on all sides. Put the cooked meat in the bowl with the udon noodles and pak chois.
  • To prepare the sauce, heat 4 teaspoons of ketjap manis, 4 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoons of sesame oil and the chopped garlic in a small saucepan for 1-2 minutes and stir everything together well.
  • Pour the sauce over the vegetable and noodle mixture, stir well and serve immediately.
