delicious and light

Cut the pork into small, bite-sized pieces. Then mix a marinade with honey, 6-8 tablespoons of soy sauce, and a little cayenne pepper. Place the meat in the marinade, turn it over, and chill for 1 hour to allow the marinade to absorb the marinade. Then coat the meat in a little flour. Heat a little peanut oil in a pan or wok and fry the meat until nicely browned; the outer edges should be crispy. Remove the meat from the pan. Briefly fry the stir-fried vegetables in the pan, then pour in the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cayenne pepper. Add the meat and simmer for a few more minutes, until the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite, stirring frequently. Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and serve with the side.
