Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ leek(s)
  • Soy sauce
  • oil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into 2 cm thick slices and marinate in soy sauce. Quarter the carrots and cut into 2 cm wide pieces. Slice the leek into rings. Dice the onion. Sauté the onions in a wok with a little oil. Add the meat and fry for about 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Gradually add the carrots and leek. Season the contents of the wok with soy sauce and pepper. Optionally, you can add harissa while frying the meat for a spiciness. You can also serve it with Asian noodles.
