Asian Prawns Wrapped in Bacon with Stir-fried Vegetables and Coconut Rice

For the prawns

  • 12 Pc. Fresh big prawns
  • 12 NS. Breakfast bacon

For the marinade

  • 2 tsp Lemon peel
  • 3 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Grenadine syrup
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves pressed
  • 10 g Grated ginger
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes

For the vegetables

  • Vegetables of your choice
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Grenadine syrup
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp Galangal
  • 1 Msp Ground cumin
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes

For the rice

  • Basmati rice
  • Salt
  • Coconut flakes
  1. Peel the prawns, devein and leave them in the marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then wrap shrimp in bacon and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side
  2. Fry the vegetables (here: onions, sugar snap peas and peppers) in coconut oil until al dente, then mix with the other ingredients and let them steep for a short time.
  3. Cook rice with coconut flakes as usual.
