Asian Prawns Wrapped in Bacon with Stir-fried Vegetables and Coconut Rice
The perfect asian prawns wrapped in bacon with stir-fried vegetables and coconut rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the prawns
- 12 Pc. Fresh big prawns
- 12 NS. Breakfast bacon
For the marinade
- 2 tsp Lemon peel
- 3 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Grenadine syrup
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves pressed
- 10 g Grated ginger
- 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
For the vegetables
- Vegetables of your choice
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 0,5 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Grenadine syrup
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0,5 tsp Galangal
- 1 Msp Ground cumin
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
For the rice
- Basmati rice
- Salt
- Coconut flakes
- Peel the prawns, devein and leave them in the marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then wrap shrimp in bacon and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side
- Fry the vegetables (here: onions, sugar snap peas and peppers) in coconut oil until al dente, then mix with the other ingredients and let them steep for a short time.
- Cook rice with coconut flakes as usual.
