- 8 Yufka pastry sheets
- Triangles / sixths
- 250 g Fresh minced beef
- 1 Fresh onion
- 0,5 Red peppers
- Or 1 pointed pepper
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper

- Peel the onion and chop or cut very finely. Also peel the bell pepper, remove the seeds and the membranes and cut very small.
- Put both together with the minced meat in a pan and fry, then season.
- Put one eighth of the mixture (about a heaped tablespoon) on each of the Yufka triangles, roll them up and place on a baking sheet.
