Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mie noodles
- 30 g sugar
- 40 g soy sauce
- 20 g sesame oil
- 20 g olive oil
- 10 g balsamic vinegar
- 50 g water
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 300 g white cabbage
- some chili flakes

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, combine the sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Finely slice the spring onions and white cabbage. Pour the sauce over the noodles. Stir all ingredients together while still warm and season with chili flakes to taste. Let stand for one hour before serving.
