Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of frisée lettuce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Sesame, roasted
  • Pepper and 1 nori sheet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tear or chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Peel and grate the carrots. Trim and thinly slice the celery. Add the carrots and celery to the salad. Make a dressing with oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Mix sesame seeds into the dressing and season with pepper. Serve the salad with the dressing and garnish with the finely sliced ​​nori seaweed.
