Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small head of frisée lettuce
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk(s) Celery
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Sesame, roasted
- Pepper and 1 nori sheet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tear or chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Peel and grate the carrots. Trim and thinly slice the celery. Add the carrots and celery to the salad. Make a dressing with oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Mix sesame seeds into the dressing and season with pepper. Serve the salad with the dressing and garnish with the finely sliced nori seaweed.
