Asian Style Minced Vegetable Pan

- 1 tbsp Oil
- 400 gr Mixed minced meat
- Salt pepper
- 200 g Long grain rice
- 1 pack Frozen Asian vegetables approx. 600 gr.
- Sweet chili sauce
- 1 El Vegetable broth
- Heat the oil in a large pan (with a lid). Fry the minced meat vigorously and chop it up. Season with salt and pepper. Add rice and fry briefly.
- Stir in 2,600 ml of water and stock. Bring to the boil and cover and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes. Stir more often.
- Put the vegetables in the minced rice pan without defrosting. Continue cooking for 6-8 minutes while turning.
- Stir in the chili sauce and season with salt and pepper.
