Asian Wok Herb with Indonesian Mie Noodles

For the herb marinade

  • 0,5 Pc. Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 3 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pc. Onion red
  • 250 grief Mie noodles
  • Salt
  • 1,5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce chinese
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 0,5 Pc. Lime
  1. Cut the cabbage and cabbage, finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Mix the ingredients of the marinade and let it steep for a moment.
  3. Then pour the marinade over the vegetables and mix well. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable or peanut oil in a wok, fry the marinated cabbage vegetables in it until the sugar caramelizes and the cabbage is still firm to the bite.
