Asian Wok Herb with Indonesian Mie Noodles
The perfect asian wok herb with indonesian mie noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the herb marinade
- 0,5 Pc. Chinese cabbage fresh
- 3 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 Pc. Onion red
- 250 grief Mie noodles
- Salt
- 1,5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce chinese
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 0,5 Pc. Lime
- Cut the cabbage and cabbage, finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Mix the ingredients of the marinade and let it steep for a moment.
- Then pour the marinade over the vegetables and mix well. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable or peanut oil in a wok, fry the marinated cabbage vegetables in it until the sugar caramelizes and the cabbage is still firm to the bite.
- The noodles (250 grams) are cooked in hot salted water for about 5 minutes, strained and then mixed with the cabbage.
- Season to taste with salt, soy sauce or fish sauce
