Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pak choi
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- some butter
- 1 shallot(s)
- ½ lime(s), juice
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Nutmeg, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Finely chop the asparagus and dice the shallots. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sauté the shallots and asparagus for about 5 minutes and season. Then add the bok choy and toss to combine. Finally, add the lime juice and season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
