Asparagus and strawberry salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g asparagus, white
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g arugula
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the asparagus into thin strips. Chop the strawberries. Arrange everything on a plate with the cleaned arugula. Mix together the balsamic vinegar, oil, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour over the salad and serve with bread, for example.
