Asparagus baked with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spring onions and mushrooms, and fry everything in clarified butter. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Transfer to a baking dish, crumble the Gorgonzola, and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 200°C until golden brown.
