Inschen's Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 tbsp sweet cream
  • 100 g cream cheese (plain or flavored)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with raw vegetables, boiled potatoes, crackers or as a spread

Mix the quark with the cream. Gradually add the cream cheese in small amounts and stir in. Chop the parsley and cut the chives into small rolls. Finely dice or finely grate the onion. Press or grate the garlic cloves. Mix everything well with the quark and cream cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper. If you don’t like garlic, you can simply omit it; the dip tastes great without it! Serve with boiled potatoes, raw vegetables, or crackers. This dip is also delicious as a spread on bread!
