Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g salt
- 300 g water, lukewarm
- 10 g sugar
- 10 g potato starch or corn starch
- 30 g butter, very soft
- 10 g baking malt, can be omitted
- 500 g flour (type 505)
- 1 sachet of dry yeast (7 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Baked several times by me, always good – makes a bread of 750 g
Add all ingredients one at a time to the BBA. I simply place the baking pan on the scale and weigh all the ingredients. Setting: Whole Wheat, Express, 750 g
