Jam Trio
The perfect jam trio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1000 g Gooseberry fresh
- 300 g Raspberry fresh
- 150 g Cherries fresh
- 50 ml Port white
- 650 Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Wash the berries, put them in a saucepan, pour half of the port wine over them, bring to the boil and press through a fine sieve. Wash, stone and puree the cherries.
- Weigh the whole thing again (now there are only 1300 g), pour the rest of the port wine over it, mix everything with the preserving sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Then continue to boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately fill the prepared jars to the brim and seal.
- Turn the jars on the lid. After 10 minutes, put the glasses back in the right position. Label glasses.
