Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus (medium size, that is 5 – 6 stalks)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt
  • some butter flakes as desired

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the asparagus, peel generously, and trim the ends. Place it in a roasting bag and sprinkle with a little salt, sugar, and a few pieces of butter. Seal the roasting bag with the included clasps, place it on a cold baking sheet, and place it in a preheated oven. Cook at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the spears. Serve the portioned package on a plate and slice it open. This preparation method is pure, allows the asparagus’s natural flavor to develop best, and is absolutely mess-free.
