- 5 White cooked asparagus
- 4 Discs Ham
- 2 Salt potatoes
- 1 Onion small
- Chopped parsley
- Clarified butter
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the leftovers from the day before, asparagus, boiled potatoes and ham (lactose-free) into small pieces
- Finely dice the onion and sauté in clarified butter until translucent
- Add the leftovers, season with salt, pepper and parsley on top
