Grilled zucchini with Taleggio

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 zucchini, fresh
  • e.g. cheese, soft cheese, Taleggio or similar.
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the zucchini diagonally into long slices. Roast them in a grill pan and arrange them in layers in a gratin dish. Season each slice with salt and pepper, drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice, and place a basil leaf on top, followed by a small piece of cheese (without the mold). Bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F). The cheese should not brown, but should only melt. Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
