Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g asparagus, from the jar
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche, or sour cream
  • 4 g cream, whipped
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 tomato(s), quartered
  • Fondor , or
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light snack

Cut the asparagus into pieces. Place it in a small bowl. For the sauce, combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the asparagus, and mix. Season to taste and garnish with tomato wedges. Delicious and light for anytime.
