Asparagus toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 slices of toast
  • 16 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 2 jars of asparagus
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

when things have to go quickly

Toast the slices of toast as usual. Place two slices of toast side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a slice of ham on each slice. Then place a few (about 5) spears of asparagus on top, and one or two slices of Gouda cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
