Asparagus toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 20 small asparagus from the jar
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 4 slices of salmon
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • some butter
  • some dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread the toast slices thinly with butter and place 5 asparagus spears on each slice. Top with Gouda cheese and bake in the oven at 220°C for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, chop the two hard-boiled eggs into very small cubes. Place a slice of salmon on each slice of warm toast and sprinkle with the finely chopped egg and dill.
