Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) toasted bread
- some butter
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- ½ kg asparagus, white (broken asparagus), cooked
- ½ jar salad mayonnaise
- 8 slice(s) Scheibletten (processed cheese slices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Spread butter on toast and place 1/2 slice of cooked ham on each slice. Spread 1 teaspoon of salad mayonnaise on top and scatter 3-4 tablespoons of cooked asparagus on top. Place the other half of cooked ham on top. Spread more salad mayonnaise on top. Top each slice with a slice of cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese melts.
