Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- butter
- 4 slice(s) smoked salmon
- 8 small mushrooms, fresh
- n. B. herb butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Remove the stems from the cleaned mushrooms, add a little herb butter to the heads, and cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (preheated) for about 4-5 minutes. Spread the toasted slices with butter and top with the salmon. Place the mushrooms on top and return to the oven for another 1-2 minutes.
