Asparagus with limoncello butter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 1 tbsp orange juice, fresh
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp liqueur (Limoncello)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • a few stalks of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Asparagus is particularly aromatic

Peel the asparagus, remove the ends, and slice diagonally. Marinate in a pot with salt, pepper, sugar, and orange juice for about 10 minutes. Then add the butter and sauté for about 10-15 minutes until al dente. Finally, add the limoncello for a wonderful aroma. Garnish with chives and serve. Serve with crispy potato sticks and pork tenderloin in a sesame crust.
