Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 225 g mushrooms, fresh, sliced
- 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic
- Olive oil or butter (depending on taste)
Instructions

green asparagus absolutely delicious
Cook the green asparagus in water for about 5-7 minutes, then drain and add it to a pan with either olive oil or butter. Push the asparagus to the side of the pan. Sauté the mushrooms in the same pan. Finally, combine the asparagus and mushrooms and season with the mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well again and serve.
