- 1 kg asparagus, green
- 2 orange(s), untreated
- 2 lemons, untreated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

green asparagus with delicious lemon vinaigrette
Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C. Place the green asparagus in a baking dish. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the asparagus. Peel 1 orange and 1 lemon and add it to the asparagus in large pieces. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Then place in the oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning once or twice during baking. Prepare a vinaigrette with the juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and salt and pepper. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the baked asparagus.
