Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus, white or green
- 400 g ribs or smoked pork
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare and peel the asparagus, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spare ribs or smoked pork into 1 cm cubes. Heat the oil and briefly fry the spare ribs. Add the asparagus pieces. Briefly fry both. Now add the hollandaise sauce and cook until tender. Serve hot. Green asparagus needs about 15 minutes, white asparagus about 20 minutes.
