Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 4 onions
- 500 g pork
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can of corn
- 250 g wheat (Ebly)
- 500 g tomatoes, peeled, from the can
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 ml vegetable broth, instant
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Peel and quarter the onions. Dice the pork. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the meat cubes. Add the onions and fry. Stir in the tomato paste. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Meanwhile, heat the vegetable stock in a separate pot and then add it to the pan with the meat and onions. Add the bell pepper pieces, corn, and tomatoes to the pan. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Cook the Ebly in a separate pot according to the package instructions. As soon as the Ebly is ready, add it to the pan with the meat and vegetables. Mix everything well and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
