Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g clarified butter
- 250 g sugar
- 750 g flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
tender, melts on the tongue
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then roll out on a floured surface and cut out any shapes you like. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg wash. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
