Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 m.-sized jacket potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 100 g cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with egg and cheese
Peel the potatoes and slice them. Heat the oil in a pan, place the potato slices as close together as possible, and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Then pour the beaten eggs over them and let them set. Finally, sprinkle with cheese, turn the potatoes over again, and serve.
