Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pumpkin(s), peeled, chopped
  • 750 g apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 20 ml rum, white
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine water, pumpkin, apples, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla pods, and gelling sugar in a saucepan and boil according to the gelling sugar package instructions. Remove the vanilla pods and blend everything with a hand blender. Add the rum, bring back to a boil, and pour into glasses while still hot.
