Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g salami, in one piece
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 3 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • some pepper
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Stew for cool autumn days

Dice the salami and fry in hot butter in a non-stick pan. Dice the onion, trim the vegetables, cut them into thin strips, add them to the pan, and fry briefly. Dice the potatoes, add them to the pan, and fill with water. Add the stock powder and season with pepper. Let everything simmer for about 25 minutes.
