Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups broth
  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 g beans, green
  • 2 slices of corned beef
  • savory
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the broth in a saucepan. Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and cook them over low heat for 15 minutes. Chop the beans and corned beef and cook for another 8 minutes. Season with savory, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
