Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 apples, sweet
  • 2 mandarin oranges (satsumas)
  • some herbs
  • some salt
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and tear the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Wash and quarter the apples. Remove the cores and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the satsumas and also cut them into pieces. Place everything in a bowl. Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with salt, mustard, oil, and herbs. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Toss and let it sit for a while. Tip: If you like, add a few pine nuts.
