Fried Cod Fillet
The perfect fried cod fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Chew fillet
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 6 Carrots
- 6 Pc. Cauliflower fresh
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Tomatoes
- Dill
- Flour
- Finely chopped parsley
- Clean the cod fillet and remove any bones. Divide into portions. Season with salt, pepper mill and a squeeze of lemon juice. Bread in egg (clumped) and breadcrumbs / Parmesan mixture and fry. In the pan I had melted the oil (neutral) with a little butter.
- Just before serving, butter the quartered tomato in the pan.
- Cook the carrots and cauliflower in salted water (not too soft). Season with pepper and nutmeg.
- Prepare a roux with the vegetable stock, deglaze depending on the consistency of the sauce. Add a piece of butter to refine the taste. Remove from heat and finally add dill and chopped parsley. Taste!
- Serve with the boiled potatoes, done.
