Tomatoes with Cheese and Tuna Filling

Ingredients
 

  • 4 medium sized Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Herder cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 small box Tuna canned in oil
  • 1 small box Chopped herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and cut horizontally three times, set aside.
  • Drain the tuna, save some oil, mix with the cheese and herbs and some oil to a smooth cream, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Now spread some cream on each piece of tomato, continue until the tomato is reassembled --- see photos ---
  • Place the tomatoes on a plate with a little basil and serve with some toast.
