Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of chicory
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 apple
  • 60 g Roquefort
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the chicory, shake dry, cut into strips, and place in a salad bowl. Wash the apple, peel if necessary, remove the core, cut into cubes, and add to the salad. Cut the Roquefort into small pieces and add. Peel the nuts, roughly chop them, and sprinkle them on top. Make a salad dressing from vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper and pour it over the salad just before serving.
