Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 4 stalk(s) Celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 chicory
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the vegetables into strips, slices, or small cubes, whichever you prefer. Arrange the ingredients on plates. For the dressing, puree the ingredients and then pour them over the salad. Baguette is a great side dish.
