Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g low-fat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 100 g cooked shrimp
- salt and pepper
- ½ lemon(s), organic, juice and zest
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 1 ½ tsp trout caviar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the cream cheese and yogurt until creamy. Set aside three shrimp for garnish, chop the rest, mix into the cream, and season with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice, and lemon zest. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh. Set aside three thin wedges for garnish and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Roughly chop the remaining flesh, add the lemon juice, and mash with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the shrimp cream into small glasses, then the avocado cream. Garnish with the shrimp, avocado wedges, and half a teaspoon of trout caviar each.
