Peanut Butter Cup Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 180 g butter
  • 3 tsp, heaped peanut butter
  • 150 g flour
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 12 pralines (mini peanut butter cups)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grease the muffin tin. Preheat oven to 200°C. First, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Meanwhile, melt the butter and peanut butter. Add the melted butter and beat again until fluffy. Sift in the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir in. Fill each tin with about 1 tablespoon of batter. Place a mini peanut butter cup in each tin. Bake the muffins for 10-15 minutes, then cool and remove.
