Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 400 ml milk or oat drink, well chilled
  • 1 tsp honey to taste – or use another sweetener
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, if desired. Serve immediately! This smoothie can be used as a light snack or as a replacement for a mid-morning meal. The combination of banana and the superfood avocado makes this smoothie a real energy booster that’s also ideal for athletes. Tip: This smoothie is vegan if you use oat milk and replace the honey with a vegan sweetener.
