- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 small banana(s)
- 400 ml milk or oat drink, well chilled
- 1 tsp honey to taste – or use another sweetener
- some cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, if desired. Serve immediately! This smoothie can be used as a light snack or as a replacement for a mid-morning meal. Tip: This smoothie is vegan if you use oat milk and replace the honey with a vegan sweetener.
