Ingredients
- 4 Discs Whole grain bread
- 1 size Fresh avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Bacon slices
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 Eggs
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster. Halve and core the avocado and remove the flesh with a large spoon. Mash with a fork, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy, remove from the pan. Add the oil to the pan, crack open the eggs and fry them as a fried egg.
- Spread the avocado on the bread, top with slices of bacon and fried egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
